AISTS Global — User Agreement & Terms and Conditions

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to use the services offered by AISTS GLOBAL in your country or jurisdiction.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you.

You must provide accurate, complete and current information when creating and maintaining your account.

You are responsible for all activities carried out through your registered account.

You are responsible for keeping your password, OTP and other security credentials confidential.

You must not knowingly share your login credentials or security codes with an unauthorised person.

You must promptly contact official support if you believe that your account has been accessed without your permission.

Before making a deposit, you must carefully verify:

• the digital asset;
• deposit amount;
• wallet address; and
• blockchain network.

Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Funds sent to an incorrect wallet address, using an incorrect asset or through an unsupported network may be permanently lost and may not be recoverable.

Withdrawals are subject to your available balance, applicable fees and limits, security verification and any legal or compliance requirements applicable to the transaction.

You are responsible for checking the destination wallet address and blockchain network before confirming a withdrawal.

Trading, Copy Trading and AI/Automated Trading involve financial risk.

• Profits are not guaranteed, and you may lose some or all of the capital allocated for trading.
• AI or automated trading technology does not guarantee profitable results.
• Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

AISTS GLOBAL does not guarantee any fixed profit, fixed ROI, fixed trading income or guaranteed investment return.

Actual trading results may vary according to market conditions, strategy performance and other risk factors.

You are responsible for deciding whether the platform and its services are appropriate for your financial circumstances and risk tolerance.

Information available through AISTS GLOBAL does not constitute personalised financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

Digital assets may experience significant price volatility.

• Before purchasing AISTS Token, you must review the displayed price, quantity, total purchase amount and applicable charges and accept the applicable Token Purchase Terms.
• Before selling or converting tokens, you must review the applicable rate, quantity, charges and estimated net amount.
• The future price or appreciation of AISTS Token is not guaranteed.
• Listing of AISTS Token on any third-party exchange in the future is not guaranteed.
• Unless expressly provided in legally binding documentation, ownership of AISTS Token does not automatically provide company shares, equity, voting rights, ownership rights or rights to company profits.

Direct, Level, Rank, Leadership and other applicable rewards are subject to the eligibility rules published by AISTS GLOBAL.

• Participation in an affiliate programme does not guarantee income, earnings or profit.
• A reward is payable only when all applicable eligibility requirements are satisfied.
• Where active status, level, rank, balance or another eligibility condition applies, you must satisfy that condition at the time the relevant income or reward is generated.
• If you were not eligible when an income or reward was generated, that amount will be treated as lapsed and will not automatically be credited if you become eligible later, unless the applicable published programme rules expressly provide otherwise.

Applicable withdrawal, transaction, platform or blockchain/network fees will be displayed where relevant.

You are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before confirming a transaction.

You must not use AISTS GLOBAL for fraud, money laundering, illegal transactions, unauthorised access, system manipulation, duplicate-credit abuse or any other unlawful activity.

AISTS GLOBAL may restrict, suspend or terminate an account where serious fraud, unlawful activity, security abuse or material violation of these Terms is identified, subject to applicable law.

Where required by applicable law, regulation, security controls or financial-crime prevention requirements, AISTS GLOBAL may request identity, address, source-of-funds or other appropriate verification.

Certain services may be unavailable or restricted in particular countries or jurisdictions.

Blockchain congestion, internet failures, server interruptions, maintenance, third-party service failures or other technical events may cause delays or temporary service interruptions.

AISTS GLOBAL may rely on third-party infrastructure, including blockchain networks, servers, trading infrastructure and other technology providers.

A duplicate or incorrect balance credit resulting from a genuine technical or processing error does not create a valid entitlement to those funds.

Verified errors may be corrected with an appropriate transaction and audit record.

Personal information will be processed in accordance with the AISTS GLOBAL Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection requirements.

Account, transaction, security and legal communications may be sent to your registered email address or through other authorised communication channels.

You are responsible for determining, declaring and paying any taxes applicable to your transactions, income or digital-asset activities under the laws applicable to you.

These Terms may be updated in accordance with applicable law.

Where legally required, notice of material changes will be provided.

The applicable Effective Date, Last Updated date and Agreement Version will be displayed with these Terms.

These Terms will be governed by the law stated in the final legal documentation of the legal entity operating AISTS GLOBAL.

The applicable complaint procedure, dispute-resolution process and court jurisdiction will be stated in the governing legal documentation.
