01What is AISTS GLOBAL?

AISTS GLOBAL is a digital platform providing access to trading-related services, wallet management, rewards, network management, AIST Token functionality and transaction reporting through one integrated system.

02How do I register with AISTS GLOBAL?

Complete the required information on the official Registration page, verify your email where required, review and accept the applicable Terms & Conditions, and complete your registration.

03What is my Registration ID?

Your Registration ID is the unique system identification number assigned to your AISTS GLOBAL account.

04What should I do if I forget my password?

Select Forgot Password on the Login page and complete the required email / OTP verification process to reset your password.

05How can I update my profile?

Go to Profile Management to update the information available for editing. Your Registration ID and certain system or security information cannot be edited.

2. Trading Wallet & Trading Activation

06What is the Trading Wallet?

The Trading Wallet is used to manage funds allocated to eligible trading activities and to record the related transactions.

07What is Trading Activation?

Trading Activation is the process of allocating eligible funds to the Trading Wallet to activate the relevant trading functionality.

08What is the minimum Trading Activation amount?

The current minimum Trading Activation amount is displayed in the Trading Activation section. Please check the current amount before confirming a transaction.

09What information can I see when funds are received in my Trading Wallet?

You can view:

10What happens after a successful Trading Activation?

After successful processing, your Trading Wallet balance and the relevant transaction history are updated.

3. Treasury Centre

11What is the Treasury Wallet?

The Treasury Wallet is used to manage eligible funds and supported internal fund transactions within the platform.

12How can I transfer funds from the Treasury Wallet to a Trading Wallet?

Where this facility is available, use the Fund Transfer option to transfer an eligible amount to the relevant Trading Wallet.

13Where can I view my Fund Transfer history?

You can view the relevant transfer information in the Fund Transfer Report, including the sending and receiving details, amount, balance information, date and transaction status.

4. AI Trading Rewards

14What is an AI Trading Reward?

An AI Trading Reward is a trading-related reward or result recorded on your account according to eligible trading activity and the applicable trading rules.

15How is an AI Trading Reward calculated?

The calculation is based on the eligible trading amount, relevant trading activity and the applicable trading rules at the time of calculation.

16Is trading profit guaranteed?

No. Trading involves market risk. Profit, returns and future trading performance are not guaranteed.

5. Direct Referral & Downline Network Rewards

17What is a Direct Referral Reward?

A Direct Referral Reward is a reward generated from eligible activity by your direct referrals in accordance with the applicable referral rules.

18Does my ID need to be active to receive eligible rewards?

Where active status is required, your ID must meet the applicable eligibility conditions at the time the qualifying transaction occurs.

19Will I receive missed rewards after activating my ID later?

If your ID was not eligible when a reward was generated, that reward will lapse in accordance with the applicable rules. Activating your ID later will not restore previously lapsed rewards.

20What is a Downline Network Reward?

A Downline Network Reward is generated from eligible downline activity according to the applicable level percentage and eligibility rules.

21What happens if an ID between me and an eligible downline member is inactive?

Each ID is assessed separately according to its applicable level and eligibility conditions. An inactive ID does not receive an ineligible reward. Other eligible uplines are assessed according to their own eligibility and the applicable compensation rules.

22Where can I view my Direct Referrals and Downline Network?

Go to Network Analytics and use:

6. Payout Wallet & Withdrawals

23What is the Payout Wallet?

The Payout Wallet displays your eligible withdrawable rewards and available payout balance.

24How can I withdraw funds from my Payout Wallet?

Enter the withdrawal amount, verify the destination wallet address and network, complete the required OTP/security verification and submit your withdrawal request.

25Where can I see the withdrawal fee and final amount?

Before confirming your withdrawal, you can review the:

26What is Trading Capital Withdrawal?

Trading Capital Withdrawal allows you to request the withdrawal of eligible available capital from your Trading Wallet in accordance with the applicable withdrawal rules.

27Where can I check my withdrawal status?

Use the Payout Withdrawal Report or Trading Capital Withdrawal Report to check the current status of your request, such as Pending, Successful or Rejected.

7. USDT Deposits & Blockchain Transactions

28What should I check before depositing USDT?

Before sending funds, carefully verify:

Supported Blockchain Network
Deposit Amount
Minimum Deposit Requirement

29What should I do if the deposit address changes?

Always check the current official deposit address before making a new deposit. Do not send funds to a previously saved address if it does not match the current address displayed on the platform.

30What happens if I send funds to the wrong wallet address or use the wrong network?

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. Funds sent to an incorrect or incompatible address or network may not be recoverable.

31What is a TX Hash?

A TX Hash is a unique blockchain transaction reference used to identify and verify a transaction on the blockchain.

32Can the same TX Hash be credited more than once?

No.
One TX Hash = One Deposit = One Credit Only.
A successfully processed TX Hash cannot be used to receive a duplicate deposit credit.

8. AIST Token

33What is AIST Token?

AIST Token is token functionality available within the AISTS GLOBAL ecosystem and is subject to the applicable Token Terms, rules and Risk Disclosures.

34How can I buy AIST Token?

Go to AIST TOKEN → Buy AIST Token, review the purchase details and applicable Token Purchase Agreement, accept the agreement and confirm the transaction.

35How can I convert AIST Token to USDT?

Where this facility is available, select Convert AIST Token To USDT. Review the current conversion rate, token amount and resulting USDT amount before confirming the conversion.

36Where can I view my AIST Token transaction history?

Use Token Purchase History and Token Conversion History to view the relevant:

Never share your password or OTP with anyone. Do not disclose these details through telephone calls, WhatsApp, Telegram, social media or unofficial support accounts.
